The entertainment director will: oversee the entire entertainment department; maintain and track music videos and movie trailers used in productions; maintain VTTV music producers, VTTV movie producers, and their productions; work with record companies to secure music video clips; and seek out new ideas for entertainment shows. This is a volunteer position.
The office manager will: coordinate activities with the business manager; maintain the office; maintain minutes for management meetings; maintain mailings and subscriptions; maintain phone chain and membership list in an organized fashion; be responsible for use of staff development funds for Management Staff and Staff Meetings; keep a VTTV scrapbook; maintain historical member list; maintain VTTV bulletin board and displays. This is a volunteer position.
The promotions director will: conduct market research and surveys; recruit promotion and corporate sponsorships; be esponsible for a successful promotional campaign for the station; be responsible for securing designs and ordering apparel for the staff.; produce and distribute program guides, flyers, and advertisements; coordinate all promotional events with the management staff. This is a volunteer position.
The special productions director will: maintain contract sales and other special productions; work with the business manager for sales and billing of contracts; coordinate with the station manager to avoid equipment conflicts; seek out and develop new production and ideas.
The sports director will: oversee the entire sports department; recruit and manage producers for sports productions; schedue sports productions and events; acquire contracts for recording and broadcasting of sporting events; seek out new sports shows; act as a liaison to the Athletic Department. This is a volunteer position.
The station manager will: be responsible for the internal operations of the station; act as the head production manager, making sure the programming department runs smoothly; act as a link between the management staff, keeping communication flowing; keep the general manager updated of any potential problems that could affect the efficient operation of the station; coordinate with management staff to avoid equipment conflicts; and coordinate staff training. This is a volunteer position.
